How It Works

Request a quote online for the repair you need.
Send us your device.
Our expert technicians will diagnose and repair your device as quickly as possible
using high-quality replacement parts.
Once the repair is complete, we’ll contact you to arrange payment of the remaining balance.
We’ll return your device to you promptly, so you can get back to using it with ease.

We do not charge repair attempt fees if we are unable to fix your device. If we attempt a repair and we’re unsuccessful we will get in contact with you to return your device safely.
Shipping – We will use Royal Mail to return your device unless you specify otherwise.
Repair Attempts – If your device has been damaged further by other repair shops or home-made repairs we charge a flat fee of £35.00 because this usually incurs additional work from us to fix previous attempts/mistakes.
